We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal data, and this site is not directed at children.

How we use your information

• To reply to your enquiry and provide the marketing services you ask about.
• To send you our newsletter, only if you subscribed, which you can leave at any time.
• To keep the website secure, reliable and improve it.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of trusted service providers to run this site and respond to you. They only process your data to provide their service to us:

• Web3Forms and WhatsApp, to deliver your contact-form message to us.
• Brevo, to send our newsletter if you subscribe.
• Vercel, which hosts and serves this website.
• Google (Search Console and Maps), for search performance and the embedded map.

Cookies

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Any cookies present are strictly necessary to serve the site and, where used, an embedded Google Map. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details only as long as needed to respond to you and for our legitimate business records, and newsletter details until you unsubscribe. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your rights

Under Kenya's Data Protection Act, 2019, you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to correct it, to ask us to delete it, and to object to or restrict how we use it. To exercise any of these rights, email us at alvin@alvinresults.com and we will respond promptly.
